Paul Ainslie

Paul Ainslie, Ph.D., Associate Director

Chief Engineer, Advanced Product and Business Development, Delphi Electronics & Safety, Kokomo, Indiana

Research interests include active safety, sensing systems, integrated circuits, bioengineering and technology strategy.

Xiaohui Hu

Xiaohui Hu, Ph.D., Research Assistant Professor

Dept. of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Purdue School of Engineering and Technology

Current research interests are in the areas of biomedical data analysis, sleep research, automatic control, signal processing, embedded system design, and computational intelligence.

Jeff Sears

Jeff Sears, Lab Technician

Dept. of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Purdue School of Engineering and Technology

Jeff Sears has been with IUPUI for 15 years in the role of Lab Technicial for the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department. Before joining IUPUI he worked in electronics, electrical, and mechanical assembly and repair for International Laser Corp., a manufacturer of laser machine tools; Alpine, manufacturer of car stereos; and Sentinel Monitoring, a medical equipment manufacturer.

Kreg Sweeney

Kreg Sweeney, Research Assistant

Dept. of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Purdue School of Engineering and Technology

Kreg Sweeney is a graduate student at IUPUI. He is pursuing a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Before returning to school, Kreg worked as an manufacturing technician for the Digital Audio Disc Corporation. His current interests include advanced sensing and control for transportation active safety systems, embedded systems, and electric drive and power electronics.
